  • Where is my order? 

We send email about the tracking details. Check your inbox! Psst! Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder too! 

 

  • How long does the shipping takes? 

We only have one warehouse. Order processing is 3-5 business days. Shipping normally takes 10 - 15 business days. We do not have same day delivery. 

 

  • Do you ship globally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

 

  • Do I have to sign for my order?

Your order is valuable to you, and to us, so it’s up to each driver's discretion to deem an area safe to leave your order. Your order will be left unattended at the shipping address allocated upon purchase. No need to sign. 

In the event that the driver deems it unsafe, your order will be sent to the nearest collection point or if available, arrange a re-delivery in the next run.

 

  • Will I be charged custom and duty charges? 

Deliveries to other countries may incur a customs or import tax when  your order arrives.

If your order ships from more than one of our warehouses, you may be charged customs fees for the two separate parcels. We do our best to avoid these charges but unfortunately, import duties and taxes are charged at random by your local customs authority. Also, we do not cover customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information!


  • Why haven't I received my confirmation email?

Check out the junk in your (email) trunk. If it’s hiding there, add our emial to your safe senders list so these VIP emails get through.


  • What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Your order will be left at your address. But don't worry, the courier uses Safe Drop!

They automatically Safe Drop parcels which don't need a signature on delivery. If you're not home and your parcel doesn't fit in your mailbox, our driver finds a suitable place to leave your parcel. They even take a quick photo so there's a record of where they left it. Smart!
  • How do I know which size to choose? 

All of our garments are true to size. The size maybe have 1-3cm differs to manual measurement. You may follow the size chart to select the size. We suggest not selecting the size directly according to your habits.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy 

  • Free tennis chains cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Returns should be made within 14 days from the date the item is received. 

  • We will only accept returned item(s) if it is faulty. 

  • Items that are mark sale/final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

  • You are responsible for notifying us about the return tracking number via email or direct message in our Instagram or Facebook pages. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we have different return address.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from the date the item was received.

  • If the item you wish to return if faulty, please send us photo/s of the item showing the fault via email or direct message in our Facebook or Instagram Page.

 

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Refunds are processed for five business days from the date the return is received

  • We offer refund for items that are deemed faulty by the warehouse 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet after we confirm that refund has been completed, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • We don’t give refund for sale/discounted item

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
